We guarantee our plants to be healthy and true to label. If label proves to be incorrect, we will replace the plant or issue a credit for the purchase price.

If any fail to survive, under the specifics of the guarantee a credit will be issued at purchased price. All plant adjustments made in merchandise only. No adjustments are given without receipt and plant. The plant must be dead with no obvious neglect apparent (such as customer not watering plant or not treating it if it has obtained harmful insects. Trees, perennials and shrubs must have been planted in the ground.
*Excluded from guarantee (except for correct labeling)…Bonsai, Vegetables, Annuals, Herbs,
Aquatic plants, and Indoor Blooming Plants.
