We require a service charge to be paid in advance before we can hold orders for later pick-up. If an order is canceled after our employees have selected it, the service charge is not refundable. Orders taken by the phone will not be prepared or selected until such payment is received. Each separate order placed or each alteration of the original order will incur an additional service charge. Whole flat discounts will not apply to special orders. All orders not picked up on schedule will be returned to stock unless other arrangements are made in advance. All orders will be filled according to availability. The service charge for holding orders will be a minimum of $5.00 per order or 10% of the total order whichever is greater. There will be no service charge on orders held 24 hours or less.
