Kalanchoe Care
To rebloom Kalanchoes, deadhead the old blooms and start manipulating the light. Put the plant in total darkness for twelve hours in the evenings. You can do this with a box. Let is get indirect light during the day. Cut back on the watering during this time, keeping it at the minimum requirements, letting the soil dry well, then just watering the soil to get it damp. (Don't let it wilt). Do this process for six weeks, then begin fertilizing again and bring back to a sunny window. Buds should begin to form soon.
Kalanchoes are Blooming Succulents, so they require the same basic culture as Succulents:

TEMPERATURE: Average warmth from spring to autumn. Unlike most houseplants, succulents relish a marked difference between night and day temperatures. Keep cool in winter 50-55 degrees is ideal.

LIGHT: A sunny window is best, some sunshine is necessary. In the summer give plant some shade from the hot sun.

WATER: Treat as an ordinary houseplant from spring to autumn, watering thoroughly when soil begins to dry out. In winter water less, let soil dry out between waterings.

FERTILIZER: Once there is bud formation and flowers and during the daylight manipulation period, no fertilizer is needed. During all other times a balanced fertilizer once a month is good.
