Florentina - $18.99 / 9-16 petals, 3.5” diameter / No fragrance / Short climbing to 5-7’. Dark and glossy disease resistant leaves with mid-sized peony-like red blooms. Also has the benefit of being cold hardy.
Honeymoon - $18.99 / 26-40 petals, 2-3” diameter / Moderate fragrance / Climbing to 5-7’. Romantic style blooms of light cream with a pink blush. Good resistance to blackspot and powdery mildew.
Joseph’s Coat - $16.99 / 28 petals, 3.5” / Light tea fragrance / Climbing canes to 10’. Double multicolored red, pink, orange, and yellow blooms. Vigorous, popular and everblooming yet it is not very winter hardy and usually will not survive our winters unless given extra protection. Can be grown as a shrub.

Burgundy new growth with very glossy, disease resistant leaves. Very floriferous yet it takes a few years for the best display. May be trained as a pillar.
Zephrine Drouhin - $16.99 / 20-30 petals, 3” diameter / Strong damask fragrance / Climbing canes to 8-10’. An old
rose that has been around since the 19th century, it is valued for its ability tolerate shade and alkaline soil. It typically blooms heaviest in spring from the old wood with a light rebloom towards fall. It is not a particularly cold hardy variety and needs extra winter protection in our area. Own Root, limited supply.
Climbing Roses
This group has long arching canes that do not climb by themselves, although they can be trained on a trellis, fence, or other substantial upright structure. Flower form is variable, varying to many small clusters of flowers to almost Hybrid Tea-like. Hardiness and disease resistance varies as well.
